Project Overview
PixelSpoke is a web design agency with a focus on community credit unions. While they are a B2B company, their brand is very human — after all, “businesses” don’t buy, people do.
The Issue
The agency was busy building beautiful websites for all their clients, and had let their own site languish (sound familiar?). As they started talking to bigger clients, their lackluster site wasn’t proving what they could do.

Through our Discover process, we found so much personality in PixelSpoke — that was nowhere to be found on their jargon-heavy website!
So after putting together a Voice & Style Guide, we worked with their designer to rewrite all the copy for a website refresh, integrating their approachable, collaborative vibe (which got rave reviews from potential and active clients).
With a shiny new brand voice, their updated website finally fit the quality of work they did for others, and helped the agency finalize their biggest contracts yet.
